About Me

I am a musically gifted writer raised by the streets of Harlem with the love and the rhythm of NYC as the beat keeping my heart alive. I am a sibling, a friend, a daughter to a profound mother of depth and faith with a story that would bring anyone to tears; I am a force of nature and truly identify as a star. In spite of my environment, I chose antipathy for what I witnessed. I became incredibly influenced by the thriving authentic genre of Hip-Hop and the city’s vibrant music scene.

A young old soul’s unwavering admiration for life and one elders encouragement guided me to pursue classical training in vocal performance resulting in a well rooted knowledge of sound. From this and my zesty curiosity for life Cosmic Affinity blossomed. I always felt my community had seen enough strife and hardship, and I could do something about it. 2019 invigorated the journey towards peace and elevation. March 2020 it all became official (in the eyes of the government). My life studies enabled me to cultivate a powerful message encouraging holistic ideals and resources. Ultimately bridging the gap between creation, health, and edification with soothing sonic’s at the core. The Power of one’s own voice as the community’s beacon of hope. Showcasing the people’s voices as the light in the darkness.

I see to it that connections of like minded vessels are made like wifi; And speak with the conviction of pain and triumph in the face of adversity. I walk amongst stars and illuminate the fact that we are the currency; we deserve both individual and collective growth, development, and progress. In a world where vulnerability, authenticity, and being pure of heart was demeaned; I speak a clear message. Music has the power to change the world for the greatest good of all, one note, one song, one verse, one heart at a time. With that in mind we heal, and so it is.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us... And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

Live performance at The Shrine.

One of my favorite performances at The World Famous Shrine in NYC.

A powerful performance of the song “Get It Together” by the fabulous India Arie.

BIJA (Dum Day) Youtube Video.

A timeless track created to remind us all how magnificent and powerful we are.

BIJA is a sanskrit word for seed mantra. Dum is the BIJA for the goddess of creation. Day is a measurement of time.  Word Magik at its finest.

Wake Up Freestyle Remix Reel.

One of the most watched videos on my Social Media.

A sultry freestyle with a message that lives on, gracing a great thatshuntermusic on Instagrams beat.
