Blissful Thinking

In all the years I spent using the thought energy I have for being hard on myself, focusing on what I didn’t have or didn’t do, and judging myself; I never made it as far in accomplishing goals as I have in simply blissful thinking. Here is my thoughts on thinking bliss and ways I got there.
